Thursday  April 15             
NZ Silver Plough Championships – Stubble
Redfern Family Farm,   Rakaia River Road.

  9.15 am      Ploughmen and horses parade to plots
10.10 am      Ploughing (NZ Silver Plough, Vintage,  Horses) begins 
10.30 am      Vintage harvesting and ring events start.
  1.30 pm       Vintage Grand Parade
  2.00 pm       Competition ploughing stops
  2.15 pm       Ploughmen parade to compound
  3.00 pm       Vintage Military Mock War (Ring)

Friday  April 16    
NZ Silver Plough Championships  -  Grassland
Balle Bros Farm,  Rakaia River Road

  9.15 am      Ploughmen and horses parade to plots
10.10 am      Ploughing (NZ Silver Plough, Vintage,  Horses) begins 
10.30 am      Vintage harvesting and ring events start.
  1.30 pm       Vintage Grand Parade

  3.00 pm       World Ploughing Contest Opening ceremony
  8.00 pm       NZ Championships awards presentation  -  FMG centre

Saturday    April 17   
57th  World  Ploughing  Contest - Stubble

   8.00 am      National Bank Young Farmer Contest  Aorangi Final begins
   9.00 am      World contestants parade to stubble plots
10.00 am       Competition ploughing begins
                        Horse demonstration ploughing    
10.30 am       Vintage cereal harvesting begins
  12 noon       National Bank Young Farmer AgriKidsNZ Race-off
  1.00 pm       National Bank Young Farmer Contest Agrisport begins
  2.00 pm       Ploughing stops
  2.30 pm       Ploughmen parade to compound
  3.00 pm       Vintage Grand Parade
  7.00 pm       Young Farmer Contest evening show; Resort Hotel

World Contest Ploughing - Grassland

11.00 am       Kids Tug-of-War  (Ring)
  2.00 pm       Ploughing stops
